Trev`s WORKSHOP

Kata is always open to individual interpretation.

If you search the web for a Wado Ryu Kata you will find 10 different versions of every Kata

What I will try to do is put the version of each Kata that you are judged on for your gradings.

This is the way WE do each Kata .

Other versions from other groups are just as good .

They are never wrong just different.

Kiais  in different places or different stances or even totally different moves are all out there.

So we have 15 Katas to photograph ,move by move then add text to explain anything that is not obvious.

Kata List The way DKC do them and in the order we do them.

Where a junior (under 16) performs it is with the permission of their Parents.

Some katas will be redone due to colour problems But I will get all katas up first.
